This Wine from the loaded red colour, with purplish glints, it is characterized by its intense, typical and particular wine perfume, slightly herbaceous, with light note of dry plum and wild blackberry. The taste is dry, full, aggressive and tannic and it gets sharper with the aging slightly assuming a bitter tone. It is the ideal wine from all meal and it is certainly accompanied in perfectly rural character dishes: assorted raw and cooked meats, tasty pastas, omelettes, fat meats, game, damp and roast and average's seasoning cheeses. The bottle should be preserved in a horizontal position and served at room temperature, around 18-20 ° C / 64-68 ° F.
